2025年1月，加蓬金克莱下游水电站二期导流阶段围堰工程提前一个月顺利完成，标志着项目建设进入关键新阶段。主坝填筑工作已正式开始。OTEC Engineering作为承包商的咨询顾问，为本项目提供了商务、设计及施工咨询服务。

In January 2025, the cofferdam of the second derivation phase of the Kinguélé Aval HPP in Gabon was completed one month ahead of schedule, marking a crucial stage in construction. Works for filling the main dam have begun. OTEC Engineering provided commercial, design, and construction consulting services as consultant for the contractor.
